The contct stated that when driving at 40mph the vehicle hit a bump on the road and when the contact attempted to bring the vheicle to a stop the brake system failed to engage and to check breaking system low hydrolic fluid warning light illuminated. The contact had to engage the emergency brake system to be able to bring the vehicle to a stop. The contact inspected the vehicle and found the brake hydrolic front lines were cut and was leaking fluid.
