1 Headlights problem

Failure Date: 06/03/2019

When my right or left blinker is on, my headlights flicker making it hard to see at night.

2 Headlights problem

Failure Date: 04/02/2015

The headlights do not provide adequate lighting at night. When driving at night the lights dim as you increase speed. I have gone to two dealerships both telling me they are "fine" "nothing wrong". I have complained to Ford corp about this issue but they do nothing to help remedy the situation. Drivers side lighting cluster will not keep lights for more than a year before I have to replace the light bulbs. I haven't had to replace the passenger side lightbulbs more than once in comparison. On top of that the sync system has had issues from about month three of ownership. They have replaced part of the computer but now have no idea what is wrong. It is "normal" for my a/c and heat to take control of itself and change with me having no way to control it. The heated seats will turn on by themselves, the power windows do not work when this happens, and my bluetooth will not stay connected to my phone. I have spoken to two dealerships about these issues and once again "it is fine" "nothing is wrong". Apparently this issue leaves no problem code to give a place to start for repair. I have video taped it and still they can find nothing wrong with the system. It is becoming hot here now and this all seams to be a health risk for myself and passengers. All of this tends to happen when driving at any speed and any time of day. I have a hard time believing that "everything is fine/normal" with the car.

3 Headlights problem

Failure Date: 06/12/2014

I went to my dealership in mexico complaining about the autolamp function, the autolamp is expected from the customer to avoid distraction while driving and conditions like tunnels are ahead it should turn on the lights as you enter or a couple of seconds later, however reality is that the headlights turn on after 13 seconds and that can't be reduced by the dealer, according to the dealer that's how the car was designed (not only for mexico) and that's a big security risk , in a very dark tunnel 13 seconds it's to late and people could die due to an accident. I encourage Ford motor company to take real action to correct and recall this function to be corrected ASAP world wide, it's incredible that with such good car they missed this little but highly important detail.
