Front Suspension Control Arm problems of the 2016 Ford Fusion

Tl the contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at 40 mph, there was an abnormal sound coming from the front of the vehicle. The contact pulled over and inspected the vehicle and became aware that the driver's side front axle was detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to fair oaks Ford Lincoln located at (2055 w ogden Ave, naperville, IL 60540) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the driver's side control arm and subframe needed to be repaired. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where the diagnosis was confirmed. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that after refueling, the accelerator needed to be depressed while starting the vehicle. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the contact was informed that the fuel pressure valve needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
