When taking my car in for regular servicing, I was told that the tires could not be rotated because of swollen lug nuts. My vehicle has 11,777 miles. Without proper tire rotation, I cannot effectively drive safely without risk to myself and others. So, I opted to have the lug nuts replaced in fear of future problems should I need to remove a tire. Not being a mechanic, I have no idea what constitutes the look or feel of swollen lug nuts. My car was serviced on March 12 and 13, 2024 at the cost of $381. 86 (lug nuts: $257. 35).
Purchase car in 2019. 4 years later my car is overheating due to a cylinder crack. No recall was found using my VIN number but with a cylinder crack and car overheating this is a safety issue.
Safety recall 13s04.
My vehicle axel and suspension broke while driving vehicle hit driver side curb while in turning left lane at the intersection during the green light to avoid another vehicle driving unsafe. Hitting a curb should not have cause vehicle axel and suspension to collapse. This could have caused major accident because vehicle behind me could have ran into the rear end of my vehicle while in the turning. Also particles were falling from underneath the vehicle while trying to get vehicle over to the far right lane out of the way of other vehicles.
Abs and wrench icon are flashing on dashboard. Car making a terrible noise from underneath . I try to drive the car but it loses power and goes into limp mode. I have read many problems with the abs control module valves sticking open due to the wrong type of brake fluid put in by manufacturer. My car is a 2007 Ford Fusion sel awd with only 89,000 miles. I need a recall service appointment as quickly as possible because this is the only vehicle I own. The car is just sitting in my driveway. Help!!!!!!!!!.
My child and I were traveling. We were getting off an exit to put some gas. That exit was a bit icy with snow but when we saw it was to late to stop. On that exit their was a huge pot hole impossible to see and for me to stop in time, my speed was 35 mph and slowing down on the exit. When I went down the exit and hit the pot hole it sounded horrible my son started to panic and I pulled over right away. My tire pressure light turn on as soon as we hit the pot hole. I was very lucky that a man saw everything and came to help. He has stated that the same thing had happened to his wife the day before. My original tire was a nexen 235/40r19 dot uam3 cmbr 1921.
