Seat belt locks when folding down rear seat back making the seat and seatbelt unusable. This occurs when stationary and also when in motion. And, it happens every time.
My backseat is stuck down due to my middle seatbelt being locked and I cannot get it to come back up. The seatbelt is way to tight that there is not way for me to pull it back up.

Crashno fireno injuries0 deaths0 when I put the back seats down to carry items the back seat will not go back in place. You have to take the bottom seat out and remove the center seatbelt bolt which is attached to the frame and release the pressure once you do this the returns to a normal position it is a safety issue. The middle seat belt retractor seems defective. It was stationary. This has occurred a number of times.

We were sitting stopped at a traffic light when a truck struck us from the rear traveling approximately 50mph. The front seats reclined toward the back seats. I noted that there is a current recall posted on your site. I was never made aware of this from Ford. I received the car the same month the recall was issued. I am upset that my car has been to Ford several times for repairs and another recall but I was not made aware that my car needed this repair. The car was totaled, but fortunately our injuries were limited to bruises.
