The contact owns a 2019 Ford fusion. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power with the low battery warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but was not diagnosed. The contact was informed that the 12-volt battery had been replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 42,256.
