The contact owns a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The contact stated that the coolant level was below the minimum mark when the vehicle was purchased. The contact stated that after topping off the coolant and driving for a while, the coolant level was again below the minimum level. The vehicle was taken to rod baker Ford sls inc (16101 s Lincoln hwy, plainfield, IL 60586) on approximately ten separate occasions where the contact was provided different diagnostic information each time the vehicle was brought in. The mechanic performed a pressure test on the vehicle and the contact was informed that there were no leaks inside the vehicle. The failure had persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to another dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
