I was notified in October 2025 by Ford of a recall (NHTSA recall 25v695) for my 2016 Ford fusion's rear-view camera. We have contacted Ford numerous times as we have not received an additional letter stating to take the vehicle in for repair. They are claiming to only have the rear-view camera replacements for the mustang. The rear-view camera on my vehicle does not work when in reverse (black screen that says to take the vehicle to the dealership for repair). This is a safety hazard and has almost been 1 year since the initial notification.
