Tire Tread/belt problems of the 1999 Ford Mustang

While driving on I-75 the vehicle began to shake. I drove the the nearest gas station to check out the tires and inflation thinking the tires must be low. Upon inspection, nothing semed to be wrong and thought I lost a weight or something. I proceeded back to the interstate. 10 minutes later the tire separated while I was going 70 mph. I maintained control and now one was injured. The tire is a cooper response rst touring 2000.

Tires showed tread separation on sidewalls. (tiresize: 17)( dot number: tire size: 17 ).

Tread separated from the tire and caused the car to spend around and smash into a concrete wall with myself,my wife and 2 children,4 and 6. (tiresize: p20565r15).
