2000 Ford Mustang parked in driveway with emergency brake engaged. The driveway has a slight grade. Brake failed, and car backed out of driveway and across the road, striking a pole. Damage to left fender; broken taillight. The car was previously brought to dealer for the brake recall and supposedly repaired.

Emergency brakes released after being parked. This caused vehicle to roll down hill. Took vehicle to dealership. Mechanic refused to check them due to not being able to duplicate problem.
Emergency brake was pulled and the car was in first then a pop was heard and the car started rolling and landed in a river.
Seat belt retractor on the driver's seat was not working properly. Seat would lock up while consumer was driving, at times consumer could not wear the seat belt at all. Contacted dealer. The seat belt locks up and strangles consumer. Consumer has a doctors note, so he doesn't have to wear the seat belt. This vehicle came equipped with a non working emergency brake that does not hold the vehicle. Consumers vehicle needs new rotors.
Parking brake failure caused the vehicle to roll down and crash. Yh.

Emergency brake failed, vehicle rolled when the clutch was pressed to start the vehicle, the brakes would not work until vehicle was running.
Emergency brake failure caused the vehicle to roll forward resulting in damage to the garage door, the driver side door of the vehicle, mirror, side window and inside door panel. Yh.
