Tire valve stem had a total and complete failure on the highway at top speed. Tires were correctly inflated but the valve stems failed where the rubber meets the wheel. This has happened 3 times in the last 9 months which destroyed the tire every time. I have lost over $600 for three tires because of these valve stems and luckily haven't been killed, yet.
Primewell valera touring part number 004-217, bought tires in oct/Nov 2013 at 83000 miles. Currently have 106,000 miles. One of the four tires is starting to get visual tire seperation, a second has similiar markings but not as severe.
