Headlights problems of the 2006 Ford Mustang

My headlights went dim on the expressway almost causing and accident and I been having front suspension issues where you can hear loud banging noise I have change my struts several times I have check for recall and there is a recall notice for both but it does not show on the Ford website I found these two recalls id's 77553 and 63858 for my 06 Ford Mustang can I get some help resolving this issue.

Water leak issue coming from the windshield and cowl area leaking into the passenger side compartment shorting out the Smart junction box causing the gauges and all electrical to go haywire such as the headlight to go out while driving and the traction control to turn off as well as the windows and power locks to quit working and could cause an electrical fire inside the care if gone un noticed. I have the vehicle in the shop and this is going to cost me $600 or more due to Fords knowing of an issue they will not own up to fix to ensure safety.

The contact owns a 2006 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that the headlight covers on his vehicle have gathered moisture, which reduces visibility while driving at night. The headlights are very dim.
