general problems of the 2010 Ford Mustang

When driving engine reved up then when trying to turn left across road gas pedal would not work. Apparently they have an accelorator pedal position sensor and it went bad. This could have been a fatal accident by not being able to get out of moving traffic by gas pedal suddenly quitting to work. They shouldnt be allowed to use these due to serious. I was on a four lane highwy trying to turn off on the side that crossed two lanes and car stopped accelerating abruptly when I turned and would. Ot accelerate with oncoming traffic.
