I bought a used 2013 v6 Ford Mustang used in August 2019. Almost since the begining I've had a problem with it stalling out. The engine itself doesn't stop running but the car loses acceleration and it does not accelerate when the gas is pressed. This has mostly happened when the car is in motion but has also happened when not moving. It has happened mostly while on city streets. This has today I had a problem with this and the check engine light came on. I put a code reader on the port and received the code "p2111 throttle actuator control system stuck open. Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that when the gear was shifted into third or fourth gear the transmission would make an abnormal. The check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to hodges Ford located at 13452 GA-251, darien, GA 31305 (866) 390-7709 where it was diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 31,000. Aw.
