Suspension Noise problems of the 2013 Ford Mustang

Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that there was a progressing failure with the front left tire wobbling and the suspension was unstable each time the vehicle went over unleveled land. The contact heard a loud noise coming from the front left side of the vehicle near the front left tire. The vehicle was taken to more than two dealers. One of the dealers was not able to replicate and diagnose the failure. The contact received several repairs from more than one dealer who replaced the nuts and bolts and the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back a third time to replace the lower control arm and fourth time to the dealer who replaced the nuts and bolts and then the lower control arm again. The component fractured a fifth time and the dealer and the manufacturer provided no remedy. The electronic stability traction control warning light illuminated each time the contact went over unleveled land and the failure was progressing pertaining to the noise heard and the front left side of the vehicle. The contact also experienced the vehicle idling high while at a stop. The vehicle was taken to one dealer who was not able to replciate and diagnose the failure. A second dealer diagnosed that the low speed fuze was blown on the fan and the high speed being activated because of the failure was causing the condition. The dealer replaced the fuze for the low speed on the fan control. The contact was still unable to get the manufacturer and the dealer to repair the suspension failure.
