Tl the contact owns a 2015 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that while driving 60-70 mph, the driver's side door came ajar. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer gullo Ford of conroe (925 interstate 45 s, conroe, TX 77301 (281) 367-0000) where it was diagnosed that there was a faulty driver's door latch. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: cas21669880. However, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. The contact stated that the failure was similar to NHTSA campaign number: 16v643000 (latches/locks/linkages).
