Brake stop lamps remain on when I was driving, my car was having throttle/acceleration issues. When I had my foot on the gas, my car would accelerate and the rpms would rise, but then all of a sudden the acceleration stopped as if I was not applying throttle. I had to constantly take my foot off the gas and reengage for the car to drive home. When I parked my car, I noticed that my brake lights were all on even though my car was turned off & it is draining the battery out. I did some research & found out there is a recall for this issue (22s02) for the 2015 Ford model & dealership mentioned that recall doesn't apply to my vehicle. So I have to get the repair done by replacing the break light switch & break pedal bumper assembly with my local auto zone shop and pay from my pocket.

Failure Date: 11/08/2019

I purchased my dream car from autonation of fremont/ Honda. I drove 90 minutes from my house purchase the shelby. Upon arrival, I met with omar(mo), supervisor in sales. Before signing documents, the purchase price of the car was advertised at 45,900. Mo indicated the price was advertised wrong and was at 47,500. Mo stated to make up the price difference, he was going to tint the windows and add paint protection. Last month I attempted to make a claim last month for the swirl marks and fading on bumpers and brembo breaks. Well, autonation indicated I did not have the paint protection warranty. I have attempted to contact mo, and ali, general sales manager of autonation, no response. There are other complaints, but this is what put it over the top. During signing of the contract, they up sold me 6000 dollars of varies warranties. By the time I came home to read the documents, I canceled all the warranties. It took autonation 2 months to fix the documents and autonation stated we could not remove windshield insurance. I still paid 700 just to get the documents in order. Not only that, mo stated my brembo brakes squeak because they are high performance, he didn't fix the squeak even when I brought the car back when it was tinted. By far, this is the worst car experience I ever had. I called autonation cooperate and they never returned my call. Thank you joe luzadas.

13 Service Brakes problem

Failure Date: 05/15/2017

I was driving on the road and noticed my parking brake indicator flashing. I discovered that it was the parking brake handle that was moving freely was bouncing around enough near the parking brake engagement point to turn on the light. I took the car in for service. I was told that it was normal and that they tightened something but it did not resolve the problem. The correct fix involves removing the center console to get access to the adjustment for the brake cables. This has not been completed yet. This is one of four problems I have had with this vehicle that have not been resolved. This is somewhat a safety concern. Depending on how loose this is, parking on a slope could find the car in a predicament where it could get loose and roll away.
