Sensing System Camera problems of the 2020 Ford Mustang

The contact owns a 2020 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that while attempting to park the back up camera failed. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and it was diagnosed as the wires had been cut and damaged. The dealer replaced the wiring. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to call the NHTSA hotline. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 56,671  .
