Two problems related to wheel have been reported for the 1996 Ford Taurus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer was traveling about 150 mph and the front left wheel separted from the front of the vehicle, consumer then lost control of the vehicle, contacted the dealer, dealer replaced the rim. Please describe further details.
