Two problems related to headlight switch have been reported for the 1997 Ford Taurus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Headlight failure due to faulty light switch.
Headlights wouldn't go off at all. The only way was for to lift hood up and disconnect battery to cable. Dealership was aware of problem.
