While turning the turn signal failed to come on. The interior and exterior lights came on and off intermittently. Consumer drove vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that wiring harness needed to be replaced.
Vehicle was parked under the carport when the consumer heard a noise. Consumer went to see what was going on, and discovered the vehicle on fire the vehicle was totaled.
Vehicle wouldn't shift out of gear. Dealer provided the consumer with a new wiring harness. Brake lights don't work, and vehicle still won't shift out of gear.
