Brakes Failed problems of the 2001 Ford Taurus

Tl-the contact owns a 2001 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that while completing a turn at 15 mph and applying the brakes, the front wheels seized and the brakes failed. The condition of the road was wet. The contact stated there was a rattling noise that came from under the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic, who discovered a corroded brake proportioning valve. The failure was reported to the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 47,000.
