1 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 10/06/2006

2002 Ford Taurus. Loss of brakes due to malfunction in abs system. Removed fuse to the abs system and the brakes returned. Daughter was on way home from work and went through a red traffic light because there was no brakes at all. Good thing late at night and no one to be hit. Ford continues to say not a recall problem.

2 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 07/27/2004

I was driving on a 65 mph highway at posted speed. I exited onto a ramp, and applied the brakes. The pedal went to the floor with no braking. The automobile had only 12,000 miles.

3 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 03/26/2004

During wet/dry conditions, brakes are applied and vehicle fails to stop and continues to roll. This condition is intermittent.

4 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 07/28/2003

While traveling on the highway and without prior warning brake pedal will go all the way down to the floor.

5 Brake Electric Antilock problem

There was no indication that the brakes stopped working untill driver applied the brakes and the pedal went to the floor.
