E. Nothing was broken, and therefore didnã‚t seek any medical attention. Short of bruising, soreness, and a couple of scrapes I was fine. I contact Ford about the issue and they gave me the run around and spouted out a bunch of legal banter. I informed them that I was not interested in seeking litigation, I simply wanted a tech to inform me of why my air bag did not deploy, when it most defiantly should have. They again and again gave me the run around, only giving me the padded answers I am sure their legal department advises them to. Feeling as though I will get nowhere with Ford and not knowing hat the ã‚next stepã‚쳜 is, I am contacting your organization. I have pictures of the accident and can give you more information as requested.
