Front passenger side door had a sharp metal edge on bottom outer corner. The sharp edge sliced the passenger's leg, requiring 25 stitches to close the wound.
There is no key lock on the passenger side of vehicle. The consumer realized she did not have a key lock on the passenger side door. The consumer had a remote control operated opener installed. Ford informed the consumer they would not be responsible for the extra charge since that factor was part of the design.
