The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact related the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 25v315000 (back over prevention); however, the model and VIN were not included in the recall. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
