The vehicle was taken to midway Ford (8155 w flagler street, miami, FL 33144), but they could not determine the cause of the failure. The dealer stated that the vehicle warranty expired at 35,00 miles. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.
