When starting vehicle there is strong fuel smell which causes occupants to feel sick. The smell comes through the vents. Gm said it is normal all 98,99 and 2000's have this problem.
The fuel hose that connects to the fuel tank was not properly sealed, causing a fuel leak, and may have caused a fire if there was a source of ignition. Please provide further information and VIN#.
