One problem related to steering tie rod assembly has been reported for the 1997 GEO Prizm. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front left tie rod is defective due to lack of lubrication. Dealer has been notified. Tie rod could break, causing loss of control at highway speeds and serious accident. Dealer refused to do repair under warranty.
