My Chevrolet/Geo Tracker had a arecal issued on it. However the dealer failed to repair it prior to saling it though the title explicitly stated they must. What should I do?.

Would have no brake lights whenever the brakes were applied. Been to the dealership. Mechanic checked out the brakes, and found they operated erratically.
Had parked vehicle. Returned to start it. Vehicle failed to start. Had popped fuse to fuel pump. Took to mechanic & was shown the rubber insulation prongs for fuse had burnt out. These were connected to the fuel pump.

Consumer has experienced excessive fuse blowing, causing the turn signal to become inoperative . Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer has replaced the fuse. Consumer had the fuse replaced on a number of times.
