Steering Problems of GEO Tracker

Steering problem #1

Consumer was driving at 5 mph on wet pavement when making a right turn, the vehicle started sliding and went to the left.

Steering problem #2

Consumer was driving at approximatley 35 mph on normal winding road,was going around bend when vehicle rolled over several times, resulting in 1 fatality and 4 injuries. . Et.

Steering problem #3

While driving at 55 mph steering locked up and vehicle flipped over. Driver's/passenger's air bags deployed after vehicle struck a large clump of pompus grass. Both driver/passenger sustained minor injuries.

Steering problem #4

Vehicle is very difficult to steer when driving in mild wind and on slightly wet road. Especially difficult to turn a corner where there's a small puddle of water or sprinkler runoff. Right front tire has been replaced once and shows excessive wear. (tiresize: p195/75r15)( dot number: tire size: p195/75r15 ).

Steering problem #5

While driving vehicle shimmies and the engine light comes on. Also, steering becomes hard and then the engine shuts down. Dealer repaired vehicle and the clutch shaft shattered twice, consumer owned vehicle for 3 years and has taken it to dealership approximately 20 times.
