Tl- the contact owns a 2010 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that while pulling into the garage the vehicle's liftgate failed causing the trunk of the vehicle to lift and cause damage to the door of the garage. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v415000 (structure) however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
