The contact stated that the driver side headrest was abnormally forcing his head forward when driving and preventing him from being able to comfortable rest his shoulders back. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated that the vehicle was designed in that manner and could not be repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The current mileage was 1,813 and the failure mileage was approximately 1,600.
