One problem related to brake antilock wheel speed sensor has been reported for the 1998 GMC C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact stated while driving he depressed the brake pedal to stop the vehicle and the anti lock brakes kicked in and out. Instead of stopping it will just slow the vehicle down. Repairs have been made. The consumer was told the wheel speed sensor malfunctioned. Updated 01/25/06.
