While traveling vehicle idles high. To reduce idle consumer had to put vehicle in neutral. Low idle goes to only 1000 rpm. Vehicle fails to throttle back for four second.

When driving and shifting gears and pushing clutch or when letting up of the acclerator pedal, idle does not return, and vehicle continues to accelerate and pick up speed, making it very difficult to stop vehicle. Consumer has contacted the dealer.
