Tailgate Latch problem #1

While traveling with the tailgate down I ran over a speed bump and the tailgate came loose and was hanging by the safety cables. The right hinge point was bent and could not be straightened. Will replace both hinge points.

Trunk Lid Lock problem #2

I have replaced 1 cable on my 2002 GMC at 28000 mile and have anther one that broke recently at 33000 mile but haven't replaced yet.
