Two problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1998 GMC Jimmy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rotor rusted, which caused the vehicle to experience limited braking ability.
When applying brakes there was pulsating and noise, dealer determined rotors had to be replaced, they were disintegrated. Could not be turned, all 4 rotors were replaced.
