Door problems of the 1998 GMC Jimmy

Power door switch is defective; unable to lock or unlock doors, cause unknown. Please give any further details.

2 Door problem

Failure Date: 04/09/2001

After starting vehicle, instrument gauges failed to work, vehicle would not accelerate properly from a dead stop.

3 Door problem

Failure Date: 05/20/1999

I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. I had the right front tire blow out which caused me to drive into a ditch. The doors lock and unlock by themselves (same with the windows and rear hatch). (tiresize: p205/75r15)( dot number: tire size: p205/75r15 ).

4 Door problem

Door and molding failed. Nlm.
