One problem related to headlight concealment device has been reported for the 1998 GMC Jimmy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Power windows lock up/ switch is also defective and unable to operate windows. Vehicle being repaired at an independent repair shop. The mirror switch was burnt out and the multifunction switch had a short, the serpentine belt was cracking , head lights went out while driving to work, and the oil cooling line was leaking badly.
