One problem related to car accelerates on its own has been reported for the 2000 GMC Jimmy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer stated while driving vehicle suddenly accelerated. At the same time was hit at passenger's side by another vehicle, and neither of the air bags deployed. Consumer lost the memory, and did not remember too much about the accident, how it happened.
