Tire Tread/belt problems of the 2000 GMC Jimmy

P245/70r15 hwy 301 south waldorf MD stealing wheel started bumping then heard noise from passenger side front. Started losing control of vehicle. Made it to the shoulder. Inspected tire, tire failure tread had separated from cord. Changed to spare tire which was baled. However tread from failed tire had bent metal wheel well and was rubbing on spare. Made it to mr tire. Had wheel well bent back and new tire installed. We could have been severely injured, killed or crashed into another vehicle, hurting or killing them. My daughter and grandson were in vehicle with me. No ins claim filed. No police report. Mr tire did not inspect failed tire as I had changed to the spare I still have the failed tire. I plan to take the tire back to walmart where it was purchased and installed. However I do not want another uniroyal tire. If someone needs to inspect the tire please let me know so I don't return it. No worning.

While driving about 35 mph right front tire blewout, causing consumer to lose control of vehicle, and roll over where vehicle was totaled. Two tires were flat, one on the rear of the vehicle also. *.
