Michelin tires xc lt4 p235 70s 15 purchased 12/18/2010 thru sears and now have 19,490 miles use as of 11/14/2015. Problem is sidewalls have substantial dry rot cracking. Problem was reported to sears who stated it is caused by dry rot, age, & weather exposure. This vehicles air pressure is monitored routinly with tire rotation about every 5 to 6k miles. Other brand tires I have had were much older than these and had no dry rot.
