One problem related to headlight switch has been reported for the 1997 GMC Safari. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle stalls at a slow speed or when applying accelerator pedal from a stop position. Vehicle been in/out of dealer shop on 12 occasions, and at two different dealers. Problem is still unresolved. Rotors repaired/out of round, master power window switch failed, headlamp switch replaced.
