One problem related to front seat belt anchorage has been reported for the 1999 GMC Safari. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seat blets located at the third seat in the vehicle cannot be fixed or adjusted. Consumer has notified dealer. Manufacture has yet to provide any assistance.
