Driver's seat track bolts/rings snapped. This caused the seat to move back and forth. The dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.

Had to apply brakes in an emergency, seat slid forward and caused driver to impact steering wheel with nose. Dealer found no problem with seat,but replaced seat riser anyway. Seat still does not always lock in position.
