Two problems related to door have been reported for the 1999 GMC Savana. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Side doors failed to open properly. Had noticed plastic panels interlocking at bottom. Plastic panels has fallen out. Door closer to rear was pushed back into position. Had taken to dealership. Informed by mechanic the 1st panel would and could be replaced, but not the second.
Consumer states side door will not open or close, bolts and hinges were rusted and frozen, dealer contacted but not willing to do anything.
