One problem related to interior rearview mirror has been reported for the 1999 GMC Savana. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear seatbelt locking mechanism doesn't work, it is useless. Also, rearview mirror shakes when driving, driver cant't see what is behind him. Rear seat belts are not of the same design , will not buckle for proper use.
