The contact believed that the lumbar support in the seat failed. The contact spoke with johnson motor company of south carolina (490 jefferson davis hwy, graniteville, SC 29829) and was advised to speak to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that they would not assist since the vehicle was not under warranty or recall. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000.
