The contact stated that the entire bracket that held the pedal collapsed. The contact stated that the failure occurred ever since the vehicle was purchased in may of 2017. The vehicle was taken to walker Buick GMC (1616 macarthur dr, alexandria, la 71301) on three occasions. The dealer replaced the bracket once, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,601.
