I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 denali crew cab diesel 3. 0l after several times bringing the truck to the dealership I purchased from and conduct all service related work. They finally found a crack/whole in the sidewall that was not done by any road hazard to cause damage but looks like a manufacturer defect. This is now not only prominent on one tire but two of the tires. The area is on the covex area of the tire. Bridgestone alenza a/s 02 size 275/50/r22 this is a huge safety concern as a blowout at 65mph could cause significant harm to not only people in my vehicle but to others. This is an advisement to get the right attention on this before something catastrophic or deadly. With plenty of tread on the tires (6/32), which equated to 50% life on the tire. The dealership is trying to make me pay for a manufacturer defect of $600+ for the two tires.
